Art@Harbour 2024 opens Mar 25

Large-scale outdoor art project “Art@Harbour 2024” will be held on both sides of Victoria Harbour between March 25 and June 2, bringing the public and tourists a new inspirational and sensory experience.    Through outdoor art installations and digital art facades, the project will integrate art, science and technology, the Leisure & Cultural Services Department said.   Speaking at the project’s opening ceremony today, Chief Secretary Chan Kwok-ki noted that “Art@Harbour” was first launched in 2022 as an innovative integration of art, science and technology. 8.27m COVID-19 jabs given

About 8,278,400 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 4,376,100 people receiving their first dose and around 3,902,300 getting their second dose.   Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 1,589,300 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 2,786,800 people got the BioNTech one.   For the second dose, about 1,429,200 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 2,473,100 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.   About 30,700 people received jabs under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.   Around 3,300 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 7,400 people received their second dose.   For the BioNTech vaccine, about 5,400 people received their first dose and around 14,700 people got their second dose.   The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 96% while it is about 94% for the BioNTech one.   As of 8pm, about 900 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 4,200 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.   As of midnight, six people were sent to hospitals.
