Art@Harbour 2024 opens Mar 25

Large-scale outdoor art project “Art@Harbour 2024” will be held on both sides of Victoria Harbour between March 25 and June 2, bringing the public and tourists a new inspirational and sensory experience.    Through outdoor art installations and digital art facades, the project will integrate art, science and technology, the Leisure & Cultural Services Department said.   Speaking at the project’s opening ceremony today, Chief Secretary Chan Kwok-ki noted that “Art@Harbour” was first launched in 2022 as an innovative integration of art, science and technology. 8.74m COVID-19 jabs given

About 8,745,400 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 4,512,400 people receiving their first dose and around 4,233,000 getting their second dose.   Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 1,637,000 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 2,875,400 people got the BioNTech one.   For the second dose, about 1,534,700 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 2,698,300 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.   About 17,600 people received jabs under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.   Around 2,600 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 6,000 people received their second dose.   For the BioNTech vaccine, about 2,900 people received their first dose and around 6,200 people got their second dose.   The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at community vaccination centres is about 96%, while it is about 91% for the BioNTech one.   As of midnight, four people were sent to hospital.
