SB holds youth leadership forum

The annual review of the Security Bureau Youth Uniformed Group Leaders Forum was held today, with Acting Chief Executive Chan Kwok-ki giving a speech.   Mr Chan reported that the forum had organised nearly 20 activities over the past year, including courses and training camps run by the bureau’s disciplined services and auxiliary services, and seminars on the country’s Constitution, the Basic Law and the Hong Kong National Security Law. 4 imported COVID-19 cases detected

The Centre for Health Protection today said it is investigating four additional imported COVID-19 cases involving the L452R mutant strain.   Two of them arrived in Hong Kong from high-risk places and the other two from medium-risk places.   Two patients tested positive at the temporary specimen collection centre at the airport while two tested positive during quarantine.   Additionally, people who had been present at 10 specified places in relation to three previous imported cases who had stayed in Hong Kong during the incubation period has to undergo additional testing. Those who have completed a COVID-19 vaccination course still need to get tested.   Furthermore, four schools where an outbreak of upper respiratory tract infection or influenza-like illness occurred have been covered in the same compulsory testing notice.
